GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STYLERS|WORLD
 

1. Dutch law
1.1 On all our terms and conditions the Dutch law applies.
1.2 If you enter into an agreements with us, this means that you accept the general terms and conditions. Possible changes occur on a written basis.


2. Delivery
2.1 After receiving the payment and when possible, the order will be sent the next working day.
2.2 The fixed transmission prices in Holland are € 4,50.
2.3 Your order will be send to you by TNT Post. TNT Post delivers in principle on the next day (except for Sundays and holidays). You also have the possibility to collect your order in four working days at our office in Amsterdam.
2.4 You can use the extra services of TNT Post, like insuring the order or send goods on delivery. You are obliged to make this recognizable during ordering. The extra costs that apply to this will be added up to the total amount. These extra costs are for your own account.
2.5 We try our best to keep the web shop stock up-to-date. If a ordered article is (temporarily) out of stock, we will let you know.


3. Arrangements
3.1 We maintain the right to change any prices and texts. As a result our offers and texts are without engagement.


4. Prices, rates and payments
4.0 All prices that are listed are including VAT.
4.1 Payment can take place before of during delivery:
- Payment in advance by the use of iDeal trough your bank account.
- When picking up your order at our office in Amsterdam
- At the delivery of TNT Post to the courier.


5. Reserve of property right
5.1 The property right will pass only when you, the client, have indebted everything on grounds of the agreement to stylers|world.
5.2 The risk of account of the products passes on the moment of delivery.


6. Liability
6.1 In case the goods supplied by stylers|world are defective, the liability of stylers|world towards you, our client, is limited to the terms and conditions as arranged under Guarantee.
6.2 When the producer of a defective product is liable for future damage, the liability of stylers|world is limited to repairing or changing the product, or restitution of the purchase price.
6.3 Undiminished the above standing, stylers|world is not liable in the case that damage has been caused intentionally/because of heavy blame/ accusable acting, or by incapable or figurative use by the consumer.
6.4 Stylers|world cannot be hold liable for deviations in prices, images and texts.
6.5 Stylers|world cannot be hold liable for any damage, physically, tangible, or intangible that is caused by defective functioning or wrong use of the products sold by stylers|world.
6.6 Stylers|world does not accept any responsibility for damage of any kind which is caused by the website, or the decisions that are based on information from this website.
6.7 For wrong or delayed transfer of order information and notices as a result of the use of internet or any other means of communication in the transit between the consumer and stylers|world or stylers|world and thirds, as far as they are related to the contact between the consumer and stylers|world, stylers|world is not responsible.


7. Special conditions
7.1 Measurements, specifications and images on the website apply under restriction of flaws and/or placement mistakes.
7.2 Stylers|world maintains the right to ask for a down payment on unique orders that are not in stock. This down payment is a minimum of 10% of the purchase money.


8. Exclusions
8.1 In case of a force majeure (not imputable possibility to meet an obligation), stylers|world reserves the right to carry on to pride and conscience.


9. The law Buy at Distance
9.1 Stylers|world provides according the law buy at a distance (koop op afstand)
9.2 Since 1 februari 2001 the new law buy at distance is in force. This law applies, amongst others, for the buying of goods on the internet. Stylers|world works completely conform these new regulations and respects the guidelines.
9.3 In the framework of the law Buy at Distance the consumer has the right on a ’cool down period’ of seven working days after the delivery of the product. In this period of time the product may be send back without statement of reasons, while the client pays the postal expenses.
9.4 When an order that is send COD is refused at the door, the made costs are being charged at cost of the client. When the client has changed his mind about the order made on the website and wishes to return the goods, the client is obliged to do so after the receiving of the products.
9.5 When the returned goods are complete, in original packaging and unused, the paid purchase money will be deposited back on your account as soon as possible.
